Tailor-made and private discovery programs

SóPraSi organizes tailor-made, private and personalized stays to allow its clients to discover Portugal in an exclusive and qualitative way. To do this, SóPraSi only organizes trips for groups of up to 8 people who know each other (family, friends). Each trip is unique and specific to each client because it is adapted to the desires, tastes, rhythm and constraints of each. It systematically includes strictly private and adapted experiences, allowing sharing with local people. In this sense, on our site we present examples of experiences that represent a low offer compared to the many possible combinations of experiences that we propose. We guarantee a quality follow-up of each client’s travel program before and during its stay.

Insurance

All SóPraSi partners have taken out “Personal Accident” insurance.
SóPraSi has taken out “Civil Liability” insurance and offers its customers optional travel insurance. Some activities may require good physical fitness. In this case, a medical certificate of good health will be required.

Price

Prices and reservations are guaranteed within the time specified in the proposal sent to the customer. Outside this time-limit, any change in price and in availability of the SóPraSi partners must be communicated to the customer for prior approval to the final confirmation of the stay.

Weather Conditions 

• Weather conditions that are not favourable for certain outdoor experiments may occur and require a modification or cancellation of the experiment for the planned day. 
• In this case, SóPraSi and its partners will make every effort to propose either a new date or a new experience previously discussed and approved by its clients. In the absence of a satisfactory alternative, SóPraSi will proceed with the refund of the cancelled experience.

Specific equipment

• SóPraSi will inform its clients of the recommendations regarding the need for specific equipment (shoes, outfit, backpack, sunglasses, etc.) in order to be able to carry out the selected activities comfortably and safely
• For marine experiences, our partners meet the obligations of providing lifejackets to each of our clients.

All SóPraSi partners comply with their legal licensing, insurance, and equipment obligations to carry out the activities.
